Kon'nichiwa! Today, the culinary plane piloted by Stanislas, the chef-vet, is landing on the Land of the Rising Sun (it's Japan for those who didn't understand...). The dish of the day... SUSHI!!!

Cooking sticky rice, slicing fish, preparing various side dishes... Multiple steps before reaching the final act: rolling the maki! A quality fingering is necessary not to break the seaweed which will hold the sushi and allow it to be soaked in soy sauce (salty or sweet, an eternal debate...) without it disintegrating! And, of course, the addition of wasabi for the bravest!

In any case, another great treat due to the culinary talents of our @Roums_cuisto!
