The objective of the association is to bring together all veterinary students of USVT in the English and French sections of all years, through events in various recreational or professional fields. At the same time, we try to offer help to all students, especially when it comes to integrating new ones.

The Administration
The role of the members of the Administration is to organize and run the association's projects. It is made up of the Office and the Hubs
President and Vice President
Their role is to represent the association and ensure the functioning and proper implementation of the association's projects.
Secretary and vice secretary
Their role is to manage
documents and rapport of the association.
Treasurer and vice treasurer
Their role is to manage the budget of the association.
The office is the body that takes care of administrative tasks and ensures the general functioning of the association. For the 2021/2022 academic year, it is composed as follows:

The Hubs are managed by student members who voluntarily help to carry out the projects of the association. The Head of each Hub is chosen by the members of the office for 1 year.
The people in charge of the Hubs can also collaborate with other volunteer students for a specific project.

The General Assembly
The General Assembly is made up of all the members who are convened at least once a year to attend the presentation of the association, participate in the election of the board and take major administrative decisions.
Elections
The elections of the members of the office are annual and are organized through a vote in mid-May during a General Assembly. Students entering the 2nd year at the start of the school year following the elections are eligible. The elected office will then choose the Head of each Hub among the voluntary members.
